WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE CHARGES

PAYMENTS & VEHICLE PICK-UP
You have prepaid a Reservation Deposit (15% of the hire charges) to Nova RentaCar Reservations. You are due to pay the balance of the hire charges to Alamo Rent A Car when you pick up your vehicle. When you collect the vehicle Alamo will require your authorization to charge your credit card for the balance of the rental costs, plus any applicable liability for damage or theft - see bottom of this document for details.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE WITH YOU WHEN PICKING UP YOUR VEHICLE
* Your driving licence
* Your credit card(s) - all drivers must show their personal credit card. The main driver is the ´renter´ of the vehicle. He or she must use their own credit card to pay the rental charges at Alamo´s depot. Alamo will refuse to rent the vehicle if this condition is not met
* A copy of this Booking Confirmation document
* Your passport or air / ferry ticket if you are not resident in Germany

DRIVING LICENCES, AGE LIMITS
Drivers must be aged 21 years or over. There is no upper age limit, however Alamo reserve the right to refuse to rent where they believe the client could not handle German road rules and conditions. A young driver surcharge of 5.93 Euros (inc VAT) per day applies to drivers between 21 AND 25. Minimum driving age for groups FE, GR, HR, S, SA is 25 YEARS. All drivers must produce a current, full driving licence, valid in their country of domicile for at least 12 months. An ´International´ driver´s licence is not acceptable.

IMPORTANT: All drivers must also show a personal credit card. The main driver is the ´renter´ of the vehicle. He or she must use their own credit card to pay the rental charges at Alamo´s depot. Alamo will refuse to rent the vehicle if this condition is not met.

FUEL PURCHASE OPTIONS
The vehicle is supplied with a full tank, if not returned full, fuel required to top up the tank will be charged at prevailing branch rate.

CANCELLATIONS
We will refund your deposit in full provided you give us (Nova) notice of cancellation by e-mail or fax at least 48 hours before the rental time. In the event of flight cancellation or emergency we will normally refund your deposit in full.

TERMS OF RENTAL
Alamo´s current terms and conditions will apply to your rental. We have outlined these above. When you collect your vehicle Alamo will require you to sign their Rental Agreement which is a legal contract between you and them. Please be sure that you understand their terms and conditions before signing. If you are unsure about anything, or should a problem arise during the rental, please ask Alamo´s staff for assistance and, if necessary, contact Nova also.
