Don is a Floridian who has enjoyed five trips to Germany, the most recent in September 2005. He is retired from outside sales in the construction industry in CT, but back working part time in FL. Both sets of Don's parents are German in origin. - on his fathers side from Losheim, (near Trier) and his mothers side from Bünde near (Osnabrück). During the 2003 trip he attended the Octoberfest in Munich, met with the Stammtisch in Urach, traveled the Black Forest, the Rhine Valley, and visited relatives. In 2005 he attended the Stammtisch meeting on the Mosel, traveled the Mosel and Rhine, and visited the hometown of his Grandparents, Losheim. He is planning to attend the next Stammtish - whenever that might be.
