...We loved the Hotel Binz. Our "superior comfort" room probably had a lot to do with it. It was a family room, with a separate sitting room, which contained a pull-out sofabed. The best thing...two televisions! If you were having trouble sleeping, you could go into the sitting room and watch TV without disturbing your spouse or travel partner. Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. Also had a desk and other chairs for sitting.

Our room was on the top floor and ...no elevator ...but the hotel was immaculately clean and the staff very accommodating. The location is superb. Walk out the front door... turn left ...and the market square is staring back at you. Turn right, out the front door, and the Mosel greets you, across the main street. The restaurant (and front door) closes at 9 p.m., but guests can easily access the hotel through the back door. Hotel parking was located in the main parking lot, along the river. Price to park was 2 Euro per day. Price for our room was 80 Euro, with breakfast included. Unfortunately, we don't usually eat breakfast and didn't have any here. But, the restaurant was fairly busy (both inside and outside) on both nights we stayed here, so I'm guessing the food is pretty good also. Upon check-in, they gave us coupons for 2 complimentary glasses of Sekt.
