Historical building - centrally located
...In Bad Königshofen (not far from Schweinfurt) we
stayed at the Hotel Schlundhaus. This building was originally built in the mid 500's and has been rebuilt a number
of times since then on the same site using parts from the original building. Just inside the entrance a section
of the wall has been torn back so you can see portions of the original walls behind plexiglass. From the outside
you wouldn't know it but the rooms were quite modern and the owner is a friendly person and a good cook.
