(Bill) ...reserved Seiserhof hotel high up on a hill outside Bernau with magnificent view of the lake. Room was nice and the view was excellent. Full service restaurant 100 yards away – good food, reasonable (considering the exchange rate). In same building with another hotel (possibly owned by the same folks) which gets lots of tour buses. They DO take credit cards but you have to go with them to the hotel lobby so they have access to machine. ask ahead of time.
